You can indulge in a four-course meal of dishes created by some of the best chefs on Long Island. This dinner menu includes butternut squash soup made with apples from local orchards as well as grilled lamb chops served with garlic potatoes and roasted green beans from all over New York State!
How much does it cost to attend an event at the Edison lab
The cost of an event at the Edison lab is $15.00 per person. This includes access to the laboratory, a tour of the facility, and two hours in one of our labs with a trained facilitator.
There are discounts for groups and students, as well as seniors (65+). The event starts with registration where you will be given instructions about your visit to the lab.
Some visitors may need more time than others depending on their abilities or interests; we want everyone to have an enjoyable experience!

which included some traditional dishes like jerk chicken and plantains as well as some unique creations like the Bahamian Lobster Roll. The lobster was served in a hotdog bun with cabbage slaw, mango salsa, and chili mayo sauce.

The Edison Food And Drink Lab in Pasadena, California is a culinary lab where chefs can experiment with new food and drink recipes. They are hosting an event on Friday that has six courses of intimate bites paired with drinks.
Some of the items on the menu include lamb tartare in phyllo dough, which will be served alongside a cocktail made with aged gin and fennel syrup; blackberry sorbet paired to a digestif called grappa della nonna; and watermelon ice cream served with vodka-lemonade spritzers.
On Saturday, November 18th, Edison’s Food And Drink Lab hosted a dinner to celebrate the launch of their new menu. The evening consisted of three courses, each with unique flavors and presentations.
It was an intimate affair with only 12 guests in attendance. Guests were treated to live music by local band One More Turn before being invited into the dining room where they had the opportunity to speak
one-on-one with Chef James Briscione about his inspirations for this new menu as well as what he has planned for future menus at Edison’s Food And Drink Lab!
I am so excited to tell you about the Edison Food and Drink Lab dinner I attended last night! The event was catered by Chef Pedro Vélez, who is known for his farm-to-table cooking.
He served us a four course meal including a salad with candied pumpkin seeds, fried chicken with yogurt sauce, braised pork shoulder over rice, and apple crumble pie.
It’s no secret that I love experimenting with food. When Edison Food And Drink Lab reached out to me about hosting a dinner at their location, my response was an excited YES!
The event is on Monday May 13th and the menu will be curated by Chef Tony Maws of Craigie On Main. Tickets are $150 per person or $200 for two people who would like to share a table with another couple.
