You can indulge in a four-course meal of dishes created by some of the best chefs on Long Island. This dinner menu includes butternut squash soup made with apples from local orchards as well as grilled lamb chops served with garlic potatoes and roasted green beans from all over New York State!

How much does it cost to attend an event at the Edison lab

The cost of an event at the Edison lab is $15.00 per person. This includes access to the laboratory, a tour of the facility, and two hours in one of our labs with a trained facilitator.

There are discounts for groups and students, as well as seniors (65+). The event starts with registration where you will be given instructions about your visit to the lab.

I am so excited to tell you about the Edison Food and Drink Lab dinner I attended last night! The event was catered by Chef Pedro Vélez, who is known for his farm-to-table cooking.

He served us a four course meal including a salad with candied pumpkin seeds, fried chicken with yogurt sauce, braised pork shoulder over rice, and apple crumble pie.
