This recipe is the perfect way to start your Whole 30 journey. It’s low carb and made with natural ingredients that you can feel great about eating. The best part? You’ll only need five ingredients and a few minutes of prep time! Let’s get started.


  • 4 Whole30 Approved sausages (I used Beef Sausages from U.S Wellness Meats )
  • 1 cup raw blueberries
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

3 tbsp pure honey Instructions:

1. preheat oven to 425 F

2. Place the raw sausages on a baking sheet with a wire rack and bake them for 20 minutes.

3. Prepare the sauce: place the blueberries, garlic powder, onion powder and honey in a saucepan and heat on low until all ingredients are well combined.

4. When sausages have finished cooking, brush half the sauce onto each sausage link and cook again at 425 F for another 10 minutes.

5. Remove from oven and brush the remaining sauce onto the sausages. Serve immediately or store in a covered baking dish until ready to serve!
