Step 2: When the chicken is done, take it out of the water and set it in a bowl. Do not discard the water. Let the chicken cool down for about 10 minutes.
Step 3: Take a small bowl, and add vinegar, Oil, and ginger paste. Add a little amount of water to make it into a paste.
Step 4: Place the bowl with this mixture on top of the boiling water from where you boiled the chicken but do not put any chicken broth.
Step 5: The steam of the boiling water will cook the paste and help it get a soft and smooth texture. Keep mixing the mixture once in a while.
Step 6: When the chicken is cooked enough, shred it with a knife or any other tool that you can shred it.
Step 7: Use a large bowl to mix the shredded chicken with half of the paste you prepared earlier. Add all the spices such as garlic paste, soy sauce, vinegar, and salt to taste.
Step 8: Add chicken broth to make the shredded chicken moister and juicier.
Step 9: Mix it well with your hands to ensure that all the ingredients are properly coated.
Step 10: Cook the egg in a small bowl and set it aside. Take the flour and water mixture, mix it in a bowl, and leave it for 5 minutes.
Step 11: Knead the dough with your hands until everything gets mixed properly.
Step 12: If the dough is too hard to handle, add some more water to it.
Step 13: Spread some oil across the dough with your hands.
Step 14: Cut the dough into small pieces, flatten them with a rolling pin, and make long and thin noodles.
Step 15: Heat enough Oil in a pan. Fry each noodle until it turns golden brown. Do this on both sides.
Step 16: When they are done, set them aside on a plate covered with a paper towel.
Step 17: Boil water and cook the noodles for about 10 minutes.
Step 18: Once the noodles are done, add salt, pepper, and vinegar to taste.
