- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, cornstarch, and 1 tablespoon oil. Mix well and set aside.
