Recently, I was invited to the opening of a new food truck in Granada Hills. The truck is called The Granada Hills Dinner Truck 2 and it’s owned by two brothers who are putting their spin on Mexican cuisine.

With dishes like Baja Fish Tacos, Elote-Mexican corn with lime mayo, and Guacamole & Chips – they’re bringing something fresh to the area!

2. The Grilled Cheese Truck

The Grilled Cheese Truck is a food truck that serves up delicious grilled cheese sandwiches. The menu includes classics like the ham and swiss, as well as more unique options such as pesto or chipotle chorizo.

With locations in Granada Hills, Sherman Oaks, Pasadena, San Gabriel Valley and Burbank you can’t go wrong with this tasty meal on wheels!

I try to avoid the fast food restaurants as much as possible. It’s not that I don’t enjoy a burger or fries, but it’s just nice to have an option other than McDonalds every once in awhile.

So when I saw the Porky’s Food Truck on my way home one day, I was excited! The Porky’s Food Truck is serving up some of the best Tex-Mex dishes around…and they’re doing it from their truck!
